Ready for iPod. Works with iPhone The DEH-9300SD is the perfect centrepiece from which to expand your in-car audio system. With 3 hi-volt RCA pre-outs, you can connect up to 3 additional amplifiers, add speakers or subwoofers.

The audio can be tuned to your tastes through the 5-band graphic equaliser and high-pass and low-pass filters. USB They allow you to adjust the equalisation to match the distinct interior acoustic characteristics of your car.

An active crossover network and high-grade audio parts ensure superior audio quality.

3 RCA Pre-outs And of course, you can enjoy your entire music collection on the road. Play audio from your CD collection, iPod, iPhone, USB device or SD card and easily find your favorite tunes with our new Music Browser function. Or plug in your MP3 player via the front auxiliary input.

And when you’re listening to compressed music files, our Sound Retriever automatically ‘upscales’ the audio to be near CD quality.

Combine the MOSFET 50Wx4 power amp and EEQ Plus technology to get Direct Sub Drive, another unique Pioneer technology feature. It enables you to amplify your front speakers by 2 x 50 W and add a 70 W amplified filtered subwoofer (in 2 Ohm mode) in the rear to enjoy outstanding full power bass without an extra amplifier. It's an easy solution for lovers of booming bass.

High Voltage Output (+)4V

To provide a high output to your amplifier, Pioneer has built a special High Voltage Preamp circuit yielding no less thatn 4 V non-clipping output to the preout terminal. Such a high output voltage means the power amplifier does not have to work so hard to produce sufficient gain to give high volume levels. As a result, even a low gain power amplifier can be used, giving excellent sound quality with low noise.

iPod Direct Control (+) Yes

CD Tuners with iPod Direct Control let you control your iPod directly from the CD tuner. An optional connection cable is available (see the 'Accessories' tab to find out which one).

RCA Preout (+)3 (F + R + SW)

Thanks to the RCA pre-outs, it is easy to expand your sound system. You can significantly improve your in-car sound quality by connecting extra amplifiers to your headunit. You could customize your sound system with separate amplifiers for the front speakers, the rear speakers and a subwoofer. Combining Pioneer 's EEQ+ with the RCA pre-outs let you create the exact sound you want, with the focus on complete flexibility!

Radio Data System (RDS) (+) Yes

RDS (Radio Data System) is a system for pro-viding information along with FM broadcasts. This inaudible information provides such fea-tures as program service name, program type, traffic announcement standby, automatic tuning and program type tuning, intended to aid radio listeners in finding and tuning in to a desired station. Note: • RDS service may not be provided by all stations. • RDS functions like AF (alternative frequencies search) and TA (traffic announcement standby) are only available when your radio is tuned in to an RDS station.
